Covisian Group presented Smile CX and exhibited the U-table

In recent days, the technology company Covisian presented at one of the most famous international innovation fairs in Las Vegas 2024, its revolutionary patented solution Smile CX, a tool powered by generative AI that turns customer care around.

This event served as a platform for the multinational to also exhibit the “desk of the future,” known as U-Smile, which offers a unique perspective on the evolution of the work model in the contact center, with the help of generative AI and XR (extended reality).

Covisian welcomed more than 1,000 visitors from the United States and Latin America to its 90-meter stand with whom it shared its vision of the future and its latest technological innovations that demonstrate its commitment to the customer and that will revolutionize the industry as we know it today using generative AI.
