Covisian acquires the CX management company Centrinex

Covisian, a high-tech multinational in technological services and products for customer experience (CX), takes an important step in its expansion to the United States with the acquisition of Centrinex, a contact center management company based in Lenexa, Kansas.
This acquisition reinforces its presence in America and strengthens its global leadership in CX, where it already operates 46 contact centers in eight countries in Europe and South America, managing more than one million daily interactions for 250 companies.
With this incorporation, the company adds a team of 600 employees and a diverse portfolio of clients in key sectors such as financial services, health and transportation, strategically positioning itself in one of the most competitive and growing markets for high-tech CX solutions.
Covisian's entry into the US market follows its participation in major technology fairs in Las Vegas, where it successfully presented its patented Smile.CX technology, also consolidating its main technology center in New York. The incorporation of Centrinex becomes a first-class showcase for its advanced customer experience solutions in the United States.
